Our primary service is to provide professional support to your staff. When they need to assist a relative or close friend to access aged care services at home or in a residential facility. This is a time consuming, emotionally nstressful and financially uncertain transition.
We are there to support staff and their families through the entire process.
Our comprehensive aged care placement services are tailored to meet our every client’s needs including:
- Meeting with the family to talk over their situation and requirements
- Educating clients to understand the aged care system and the processes involved.
- Explaining the costs and financial implications.
- Identifying and short listing the aged care providers that meet the clients specific requirements.
- Liaising with care facilities and scheduling appointments to inspect each facility if required.
- Attending inspections at selected facilities.
- Advocate on behalf of individuals, and families to ensure they are able to navigate the aged care system effectively.
- Completing and submitting all the necessary paper work including statutory requirements and application forms.
