At Millennium we understand the aged care system, so we can assist you "every step of the way" from initial consultation through to moving you or your loved one into the new accommodation.
Our comprehensive Aged Care Placement service includes:
- Meeting with you and your family to talk over your personal situation and requirements;
- Helping you understand the aged care system and the process for placement;
- Explaining the costs and financial implications of securing and maintaining accommodation;
- Identifying and short listing the facilities that meet your specific requirements, including low and high level care or respite and dementia specific options;
- Liaising with care facilities on your behalf and scheduling appointments to inspect each facility;
- Attending inspections with you at selected facilities;
- Completing and submitting all the necessary paper work including statutory requirements and application forms for each facility; and
- Finalising the placement.
